Sometimes, practices discover that one of their provider's pictures is larger or skewed in shape compared to the others. Often times, this is because the provider's profile is too long. In the example below, you can see how the best practice is to keep it short.



To edit this content: Click Settings and then Providers.



Scoll down to the existing provider section and click edit for the provider that needs to be edited.



Shorten the Public Bio section.



Click the Update button at the bottom. If the issue persists, don't hesitate to reach out to your account manager with questions.
