If you are using NextPatient's post-visit survey feature then linking your Google Business account is encouraged. The main benefits you'll get from doing this:

  1. You can be notified instantly by email if a negative review is left on your Google Business Account
  2. NextPatient can help you to tie reviews to actual patients, this is is especially helpful to identify the patients who have left negative reivews.
  3. You can see which of your patients have left you reviews


To link up your Google Account is a simple process. If you have multiple locations, you'll need to link up each individual Google Business account.


First you need to log into NextPatient at nextpatient.co/admin > then select your location > Settings > Surveys > click "Connect" next to Google Integration



Once you click Connect, you will just need to log in with the same Google Account that you use to log into your Google Business Listing

Then you'll just need to "Choose your business location." If you don't see the correct listing, then use the "Disconnect" button to sign in with a different Google email address and try again.



The last step is just to notify your NextPatient main point of contact so they can make sure your Google reviews are now being imported. 


Make sure that you have your Daily Email Report and Bad Score Alert configured so NextPatient can keep you updated on your account.
