If you are asking Patients to rate their visit prior to leaving a review, then you are able to be notified when a Bad Score is left through NextPatient.


To enable this setting, and add recipients, you need to log in to your NextPatient account at nextpatient.co/admin.


Once logged in, click on your practice and then you'll click Settings > Surveys.


Once you're on the Survey page, you'll see the option for Bad Score Alert.



First you need to use the dropdown to select which scores you'd like to be notified for. In the example above we've designated we want to be notified if a Patient leaves a score of 3-Stars or worse. 


Once you've configured that setting, you simply need to add the email addresses of people you'd like to be notified, separated by a comma.


And you're done!
