When your Reputation Management is setup, the default message is set to:


Subject: "How was your visit with us?"

Body: "Thanks for visiting **your practice**. Could you take a moment to review your visit?"


If you want to change the text it's very easy to do.


First you log in to your NextPatient account.



Once in your account you need to click the Settings tab then the Surveys tab





Once on this page you will see the follow sections which you can customize to best fit your business.
