This is the queue to log into your NextPatient account at nextpatient.co/admin. You will immediately see a list of patient names, and you will clearly see your patient's name with a bright red "Ready" next to their name. Go ahead and click their name.

Once you click on the patient's name, you will see the following screen, and all you need to do to join the visit is:

  1. Click "Start Video Session"
  2. At which point, you will see a new window pop up, at which point you can click "Join Patient" whenever your ready to have both or your audio and video feeds connected

If you have any technical issues with the patient, feel free to use the "Text messages" section highlighted above to text directly with the patient to help steer them in the right direction.
