One of the best ways to optimize your online scheduling and maximize traffic to your website is by making sure your Google Business Listing is fully configured.
 
While you'll certainly want to make sure you've added basic details such as:
  • Business Name
  • Business Type
  • Address
  • Hours of operation
  • Phone Number
  • Link to website
  • Images (Did you know that businesses with photos receive 42% more requests for driving directions to their location from users on Google, and 35% more clicks through to their website than businesses that don’t have photos.)
However, a commonly neglected feature is the "Appointments" URL.
 
This is a great marketing opportunity that makes the process of booking an appointment seamless for patients. If used properly, someone could do a search and then book an appointment right away — after making just one click. 
 
The good news is, this is also quite easy to set up in 5-minutes or less. We'll show you how to do that now.
  1. Sign into your Google My Business account.
  2. Choose the My Business listing that you want to edit.
  3. Click on the URLs section.
  4. It should show you fields for relevant links that you will want to add.
  5. Add the link into the correct field.
